Worst Mc Donald's in Mauritius. Went there today around 19hr00. Long waiting time. Ordered coke without ice - received with ice - was looking for chicken wings. When taking orders they said they have, when paying no chicken wings on the receipt, i then asked them to put a new order as it was omitted. Then the guy said "Pena pena" as if he was talking to his friend without even apologising for his mistake (not saying that no chicken wings was available) not even deserve a star. Worst staff ever. Awfully awful I was asked to order on the kiosk even if there were plenty of staff available. Upon refusing to do so the lady argued with me stating its the new protocol of the management. I then asked for the manager who sang the same song and after which I told the manager that i don't want to use the kiosk.. Will she refuse my order. Big mess @ McDonald's Ebene on Saturday 7 May @ around 7:00 pm. The trainees were doing go slow . After a long waiting you finally see your order prepared on the screen.This is not the end. You have to wait nore than 30 mins to be handed your order. Even you call the duty nanager nothing happen and even one trainee was provoking the clients.
