I'm so furious, I would give six stars if I could. I'm madder than a blue jay in a window factory! I went through the drive-thru earlier and a young man named Gerald gave us our food. When he did, I said "God bless you, Gerald" expecting he'd say "God bless you" back to me. Instead he said "thanks" and I asked him why he didn't say it back. He said it was because he was an atheist. Well, at that point, I felt the Lord ringing in my head. Barb calls it my "Lord cord" when I know the Lord is calling me to serve. I said to Gerald "I'm not leaving this drive-thru til I convert you to Christianity". For the next 10 minutes, I gave him a sermon about my favorite Bible verse, Deuteronomy 23:1. At this point, all the cars in line were honking and screaming obscenities, I'm assuming at Gerald hoping he'd convert. I know the Lord touched them like he touched me. I asked Gerald what I could do to prove to him God was real and Gerald said "I want to see your wife's big ol' hooters, then I'll start believing in Jesus". Barb, being the kind woman she is, immediately flashed her bosom to Gerald and everyone in the drive-thru lane. Gerald then said "just kidding. I still don't believe in Jesus". Maybe start hiring people who don't manipulate 67 year-old women into taking their tops off...

There is great number of people who are roaming around inside to prepare the food and for the service in the front. But still they have zero interest to cater the customers to even ask the people who is standing right on her face with the order to pick up. She has nothing to do with it. Working as a mannequin totally ignoring the customer who is standing in her front to ask a question or to pick up the order... In short totally is zero percent. Customer service has no interest. What's going on or who is standing? Or is there a way to help out the customer? No managers have any interest to look whether their staff is perfect enough. I'm seriously not understanding that such a big firm chain has zero policy for customer satisfaction. They are just in a race to fulfill their targets of orders. Have 00 respect towards customer... All in all should avoid this McDonald's branch to place an order for pickup or to do any kind of dining...
Read moreSo I went in as usual and I guess they changed their policies on rewards use. I tried to use my rewards points here and the guy said it was only for drive thru orders and they don't have a drive thru. Since the last time I was there I guess they changed all there rules and not following McDonald's policies and not honoring rewards points there. I was shocked and I just walked away. Not going to go there again. I know my experience won't matter to them as long as other keep going in and giving them money. Hopefully someone from the BBB or McDonald's HQ see these and does an investigation on this place. Not very good service if you ask me. I worked in fast food before and I did everything I could do to help someone and not just no can do. I hope people find this useful and go to Jersey Mike's or some other place to eat. I real dislike being treated like third class citizen. Oh well, good luck on getting...
