It's like the other meatogether outlets without the service, hygiene, choice and quality of food and drinks. This place should be closed down for public safety. Fortunately we didn't eat much and went elsewhere otherwise it would have been an expensive trip to the hospital for both of us. We first experienced this franchise in makati and were pleasantly surprised by how good it was, hence why we decided to go to this branch. The options available here were a shadow of the choices we were expecting. The vegetable options were embarrassing in comparison. The top inch of the lettuce was black, the petchay had more holes than a pair of crocs. Noodle selection was lucky me instant noodle, which they openly unpack in front of everyone ( I know it's common practice but you do it in the back away from the paying customers) the tonkotsu soup had a thick layer of scum I had to ladle off before adding anything to it. I know it's a bone soup but the bones should be cleaned first. We asked why the ssamjang was so watery as we had it at other branches and it wasn't like that. The waiter responded we have low stock so we added sprite. Just take it off the menu like you did with the other quality items you don't stock then. The cucumber drink is just dirty, I thought it was a dirty glass to begin with until I used another clean glass. The last straw was going back to just get water and seeing a cockroach roaming around the counter top. Time to leave, having spent a lot of time in the Philippines you get used to seeing cockroaches but normally they try and avoid being spotted, seeing one during a busy dinner service on a well lit counter top inside a mall is a giant red flag in my book. Suspicious things floating in the drinks solution drink water.
