Flavia — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

Look this is one of those instances where I really don't want to write this review, because I don't want this place to get any more popular or else one of these days there will be a long line around the corner.. But until then, my friends and family are tired of me professing that this is the best pizza I've ever had in my life. So here I am, self defeating contributing to the well deserved hype. This is absolutely special and the combination of flavors is so intense and so indescribably decadent that you just have to eat it yourself and agree. It's cheap, fast, and super friendly service. What else can you ask for? Do yourself a favor and come for your foodgasm. I guarantee u will be back for more. See you tomorrow Flavia. Recommend: Bianca pizza. TO DIE FOR.

To the America couple who walked in like they owned the place before the place was even open and clearly cut in front of me while I'm waiting outside allowing the staff to get organized.... Get over yourself. Grow some awareness. Your aura of ignorance is loud and obnoxious.

This has been our family's favorite meal since we have been to Cabo. We asked the staff at the place we're staying at where they would eat, as I feel like that's more of an indication where good food is. It's located in the plaza downtown area. But it's a bit off the beaten path and I'm certain we would not have stumbled across it had it not been recommended. It's a small establishment with only five tables. The menu was on the wall. At first bite everyone was mesmerized. Highly recommend the French fries as well! There was construction on either side of the restaurant on the street yet it was still busy. Thought it was a bit strange that the earliest ir opens up was 6:00 p.m. But we were there as soon as it opened. Loved the simple decor and ambiance....

Great spot. 4 tables and bar seats. If you need to, wait… it’s worth it. Top marks for its management and car for detail. Pizza…. Great structure,undercarriage and flavor. Little to no flop. Flavia is a fantastic find in San José del Cabo! It’s a cozy spot with just four tables and a few bar seats, giving it an intimate and welcoming vibe. If there’s a wait, don’t hesitate—it’s absolutely worth it.

The management here deserves top marks for their care and attention to detail, which is evident in every aspect of the experience.

As for the pizza? It’s a standout. The structure is impeccable, with a sturdy yet perfectly balanced undercarriage. The flavor is phenomenal, and there’s little to no flop, making each slice a delight to eat. 8.4, everybody...
