Hashiru Sushi — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

The food here is VERY good. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is I’ve had the opportunity to have extraordinarily great sushi in my lifetime and I’m measuring off that. I would not hesitate to come back in.

The miso soup was soooo good. Incredibly good and like the chefs personal take on it. Love that they have booth hot and cold sushi options and both were great. Look forward to trying more things on the menu. And the cucumber salad that was brought was delicious.

I ordered too much food for one person but I’m getting a chance to have it as a snack now in my room.

Wonderful little “hole in the wall” with great, amazing food and a super friendly service. Can’t believe the affordability and freshness. Order the tower of tuna with mango on top. We got two cold rolls as well. They don’t pad everything with rice, and there are 10 pieces to a roll. Our rolls were like a CA/Philadelphia roll with seafood on top. This is the place you are looking for! Our favorite place for sushi. It’s a little family run spot, with the best and freshest sushi. We have come here over 20 times and it never ceases to amaze.
