Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Baja California

I LOVE Carl's Jr,... but not so much this Carl's Jr. My son and I each ordered a Famous Star combo to eat inside the restaurant. First of all, there was no Sprite or Fanta, which I wanted. The order comes very fast, there are very few people at the time. I asked for some Ranch dressing for our fries, but they no longer have it, so they bring some bbq sauce instead. The fries were barely warm, as was the meat patty in the burger (after asking for HOT fries with our order when I paid). Lettuce was limp and unappetizing,... I took it out of my burger. And all four pickle chips were in one bite on the burger, not even spread out. Who is in charge of quality control here?? I'm tired of eating poorly prepared food at my favorite restaurants here in Tijuana!! Why can't they cook a burger to order,...or even get hot french fries for once? Burgers and fries sit under heat lamps until someone orders one. Maybe most people here are ok with that, but not me. Carl Karcher would be turning over in his grave. Strictly mediocre, nothing special here. Please go to Yo Mamas burgers instead, near downtown. You will get a hot, well-prepared burger and fries,...every time. ...

Every Carl's Jr I go to, they take the longest time ever just to give you a milkshake. I thought this place would be the exception but, it appears not to be like that. I ordered the breakfast biscuits in combo the one that has a bacon I think, and they had them ready like in less than 10 minutes (this was a to go order). However I also ordered a strawberry milkshake and it took them around 20 minutes, keep in mind the place was not full nor were there any people waiting prior to me, and noticed the people after me received their order before me. Though the lady that handed me the milkshake, was nice enough to admit they did take a long time and apologize for any inconvenience caused. The food's okay like any other Carl's Jr, no complaints on that. And for the milkshake, it was pretty good I must admit...

So we went here yesterday to have a breakfast and everything was great!

They take the COVID seriously very serious.

The food was alright, just like any other Carl's Jr.

The place was extremely clean omg, that's something to highlight.
