Mariscos La Perla — Restaurant in Baja California

I have been to 4 of the top 10 restaurants in the world and I’m talking three Michelin stars etc. and many many more in the top 100. La Perla can stand with any of those. I’ve always had excellent meals for years mostly breakfast and mostly delivered to a nearby hotel. Last night I had what might’ve been the best mushroom soup in my life and a very simply char grilled white fish that blew my mind. Wish I had taken some photos, next time for sure, but it was the flavor not the presentation that made the dishes truly special.
