Starbucks — Restaurant in Baja California

So I went there last Thursday for its 25th anniversary and I had great experience there!

They offered small frapuccinos, less than the half of its original price!

Regardless how full it was, the employee managed to deliver all the orders and also to keep the place very clean!

I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks, but I must tell you, this one in specific has a great costumer service.

Also, their coffee was great as expected.

Pésimo servicio de parte de Erick M, muy grosero y prepotente, me atendió por autoservicio y pedí unos sandwich, los cuales siempre traen salsas pero en esta ocasión no las pusieron, por lo que de manera amable le comente si podía darme una por favor, a lo que comentó que si venía en la bolsa, le comente que ya había revisado la bolsa y no venía, así que procedió a pedirme el sandwich para revisar que de verdad no viniera.

Después de eso, agarró salsas y me las casi aventó de forma molesta.

También el sandwich me lo dio todo desbaratado, como si se les hubiera caído.

De verdad nunca me había pasado antes, entiendo que estar en auto servicio es algo estresante pero en ningún momento se lo pedí de forma grosera, y aparte al cobrarte el sandwich en el ticket especifica que viene su salsa, no entiendo cuál fue su molestia al yo pedírsela, si es parte...
