The quality of food here is top-notch, and it was clear that everything was made with genuine care and attention to detail. I visited with family and friends, and each one of us was blown away by how good everything was.

Not only is the food phenomenal, but the customer service is exceptional as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We had super bad experience today - we order chicken shawarma as appetizer as we are planning to order burgers 🍔 later on - unfortunately the shawarma was abysmal and chicken was dried even pita bread was awful we left the food and telly he server it was worst at all which bound ourself not to order more food from the location. The server customer service is below par instead of acknowledging our review ,her response is neutral we paid 200 peso and left the place. If there is 0 for food I can rate it.

Yesterday we ate 02 Texas burgers 🍔 and it was sumptuous and delicious worth every penny - you charge propina(tip) too - still this is the level of your service instead of asking money you should waive it right away to give good gesture of appreciation to tourist (we are from canada)🇨🇦 and our reviews are fair & square. We will appreciate if our money reimburse back to us as we don’t have plan to visit cancun...

During my recent visit to 79th Element in Cancun’s Hotel Zone with my 8 other friends, I had a delightful dining experience. One standout feature of this restaurant is that their meat is halal, which is a big plus for those with dietary preferences like mine.

The hamburgers were absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. They truly set the bar high for comfort food. I also tried the trio taco platter. While the concept was great, I found that the chicken taco could use some improvement in terms of flavor and seasoning.

What made the experience even better was the amazing service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome throughout our visit.

Overall, I highly recommend 79th Element for anyone looking for halal options in Cancun. With a bit more attention to their chicken dishes, they could easily become one of the top spots...
