We came to Cancun for my 30th birthday celebration and we’re trying to decide between two restaurants for dinner. I am VERY happy we ended up going with Nicoletta - we asked for dinner but we were given an experience! From start to finish we were satisfied with the service, food, and experience. Valet service, lush decor, spot on attentive servers (Rebeca and her partner were excellent to us), and food we had not a single complaint about. The view was stunning. We came at 6:30 which was perfect to see the sunset from the massive floor to ceiling windows. This may be personal preference but I think a different genre of background music would be nicer than clubbing style beats (or at a little lower volume) but it didn’t affect our overall experience so it’s not a big deal. My friend got the fettuccine which is a completely different flavor than any pre made sauce you will ever have and such a fun experience! My husband got the aglio e olio prawns and it came out as a plate full of massive tail on shrimps. If we had anything to say - we would have liked to see the shrimps come with a little more seasoning or a sauce. I got the filet minon which was very nice. For desert we got the pistachio panna cotta which was also delicious. The cake they gifted me for my birthday was one of the softest and well balanced cakes I’ve ever had. At the end of our dessert they began live music which included a solo singer who came up to our table and literally sang to us personally. It was an amazing experience.
