Review: Absolutely Terrible Experience

We stayed in Cancun and decided to order a veggie pizza from Domino's. They told us it would be ready in 20 minutes. The waiting experience was awful—loud environment, staff yelling and goofing around the entire time. After 30 minutes, we checked on our order, only to find out it still wasn't ready. When the pizza finally came, it was cold and tasted terrible.

We asked for a refund, but they refused and said they could only reheat the pizza. After a heated argument, they eventually offered to make a new pizza, but by then, we had already lost our appetite and declined. While we were there, another customer came in, yelling about the exact same issue. After a few minutes, she managed to get her money back.

This was by far the worst experience we've ever had with any Domino's. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and even blamed the whole situation on us. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place...

I attempted to place my order online, with 3 different devices. No device would allow me to submit my order. So, I had to call. I politely asked if someone there spoke english, as my spanish is very poor. At 9pm I placed my order, and they said it would be about 25 minutes. So I waited an entire hour before calling to see where my food was. The first person hung up the phone on me. I called back, and they put me on hold, then hung up the phone. I called back, they handed the phone to someone else, and hung up the phone. I started to notice a trend. So when I called the last time, in very broken spanish I explained why I was calling, what my order was, and asked if it was on the way. I AM .5 KILOMETERS FROM THE RESTAURANT. There is no reason why my food should take hours to deliver. They said I should wait outside, and that it would be here in 5 minutes. My original call was at 9pm. It is now almost midnight, so I guess I will go...

Ordered 3 pizzas, wings, and their cinnamon dessert bites with the sweet like cream cheese frosting stuff that comes with them and a Pepsi

We never got the Pepsi, the wings were ice cold, and they never gave the sweet cream stuff with the cinnamon bites so we threw those away as they are gross without it, and had to make a trip for something to drink yo the grocery store as we are in a office ajd have nothing to drink here.

We brought this up to the delivery driver, he said absolutely nothing. Not evena. Sorry, except to say "where is my tip?"

We tipped him on the app, he then went to tell us he doesn't get that tip and they keep it for themselves and we must tip him again via cash.

Absolutely terrible service...
