Domino's Royal Mayan — Restaurant in Cancún

I called and placed an order and was told to meet the driver at the security gate in 15 minutes. After standing in the hot sun for almost an hour my order arrived so I figured that I had misunderstood how long it would take. When I got back to the room I discovered that I had the wrong order. When I called and informed them of the mistake they offered an item as an apology so I picked the brownie. That was nice of them to try and make amends. They said that it would be there in 10 minutes and I double checked the time in Spanish. After standing out in the hot sun waiting for it to arrive it finally arrived after 22 minutes. When I returned to the room ready to enjoy the brownie we discovered that it was burnt and hard. I don't advise delivery, go and check your order if you want it...

BE AWARE! My father just went here to pick up some food they tried to charge him double in price. Assuming they’re thinking they can take advantage because he speaks English. He caught them overcharging DOUBLE. The two female cashiers and a manager came to sort it out and make it right. They recalculated the correct amount and he was charged less than half of what they first tried. So please be hyper aware when you are getting your total!! Many reviews show this as I read. Manager and female cashiers are honest people who actually made the situation right after being called out for it. I ordered on Uber Eats and had a good experience. The pizza tasted good. I ordered two pizzas and Cajeta Baitz. The Cajeta Baitz was overcooked but still good. One of the pizzas they brought had incorrect toppings but we still really enjoyed it. They called me as soon as I placed the order to confirm my address, and told me they would be there in 20 minutes. They arrived on time.
