Great burgers. Not so great service. We arrived, no one greeted us. They gave us the menus when we chose the table by ourselves, which btw are 6 pages of drinks and 2 of food. We were 7 people, the waiter took the order, forgot one dish and like 4 drinks. And we had to ask for napkings, forks, ketchup. And there where only two more tables to wait!!!

Impresive. They also gave us the check because they told us it was time to close. So one of two, they hated us to be there and wanted us gone, or they havent updated their closing hours. When I asked the waiter he told me that those closing hours where from before de pademic. So the second choice is they havent updated their profile in TREE YEARS!

Its a shame that as a mexican you get that...

Food was delicious. We ordered 2 burgers and potato fries and sweet potato fries. 2 cocktails and they were great. I had one XX bottled beer and even that was ice cold! As far as food goes, id give it a solid 8! Overall ambiance and service for Cancun was a 7. Why? It took a while to get someone (the only server) to take out order. Mind you, im not the impatient type of patron. I dine at many Mexico establishments, even so, the service was kind and friendly but slow. To give context, there were only 2 other tables (out of maybe 12) with customers. Despite that, I would definitely recommend this place! Wow! This place is amazing, I had a very delicious burger called something Cielo and it was so good, the meat was on point, great bacon flavor with caramelized onions, just perfect, and my friend got the one called Roja and Oh Man! It was so good, I can't wait to go back and taste another option because I bet it gonna be so good. Well the food wasn't the only good thing in this place, we were treated like Royals, the staff is so welcoming and kind, always willing to serve, we got great recommendations and they place has an amazing athmophere, just the best place in Cancún so...
