very disappointing . not friendly, and not helpful when asked what a typical Lebanese meal would be . I explained that I would like to try Lebanese cuisine for the first time, and asked what a hungry man might have for dinner upon arriving home after a hard days work,as I was quite hungry. The Mexican waiter said he didn't didnt serve that as it would be Mexican food ,I said I meant if I were in Lebanon. He just repeated what he had already suggested. I had told him I didnt want anything I had to eat with my hands ,and would like to have something i would use a fork and knife to eat, and asked if he had something with chicken, and if it was something he thought was what I had mentioned that I was looking for . He assured me it was very good ,and I said ok, may I please have that .

What came was a folded over taco like thing with nice big chunks of chicken spilling out, and a small (very small ) bowl of rice with a few little noodles mixed in. Also a side of french fries , and some kind of white stuff like slightly geled gravy ,which was very tasty.

The chicken stuffed into a pita sandwich thing was on a piece of cardboard ,or thick paper laying on a wooden tray , which would have been okay if I had wanted to grab it with both hands and starting eating it as you would a taco .

Instead I speared the chunks of chicken that were spilling out , and tore the pita bread (which was very tough with my hands ) . soon the paper it was laying on became soggy and began mixing with the chicken, especially when I tried cutting it with my knife . I picked my way through the paper and pita mixed with chicken ( remember I was hungry ) , and ate everything . As I looked out the window near me , I saw a kind of space that may have been a walk way at one time , but now it was strewn with garbage and busted up chunks of concrete or stone rubble. All the while the waiter didn't bother coming to ask me if I would like more mint tea or how my first experience with Lebanese food was going. once he saw I was finished he appeared and I asked for the check, and I paid ,and left with a bad taste in my mouth, and not from the food .

I find more and more now days in Cancun the vendors realize we tourists are here today, and gone tomorrow ,and there is no need to give good service ,as they will probably never see us again ,and getting our money is all...

The food was mostly just ok, we stopped here while in port....(mint lemonade was amazing) but the servers looked and acted like they were miserable..plain unfriendly...they have AA/AC but don't seem to care if anyone closes the door behind them, so UT got very warm inside while we were there. It says they speak three languages on the menu, but the guy was rude when we tried speaking Spanish to him, he was annoyed .. but he didn't need to treat me like I was stupid for trying... it IS Mexico... this was actually near tge end if the meal, when another server had come to clear the table... The prices also were greater in person than was on this app, and the TV advertised coffee, but UT wasn't on the menu. You get toasted bread when you sit, but dip... Will cost you... which was fine, I guess.. but the bread was dry, and the water tooooook a whiiiiiile... I was dying!!! And, I absolutely hate it when it's time to pay. We had to wait quite a bit..... and the servers dissappear....lol. Will not return for food, but maybe they do that...

The timing on Google is wrong as I arrived 15 mins before their opening time. The main gate was lightly chained but it was written OPEN. When I pushed open the door and went inside, the waitress was rude in the way of speaking and told me that they would open in 15 minutes and asked me to go back outside in the heat. I explained to her that it's written OPEN but she insisted I go back outside.

I sat outside for 15 minutes and she came like a bipolar person acting like she was not the one who just sent me out to sit and sweat in heat.

I ordered shawarma and it was tasteless with meat full of fats that half of the shawarma was not meat shawarma but fat shawarma.

On top of this bad exp the waitress has the audacity to ask me for tips.

Go and fix your food and services then come and ask for tips. Terrible and I wouldn't recommend...

Group of 4 from the UK visited Jan 2021. Mix of arabs and lebanese food connoisseurs looking for halal food. Taxi was 250 mex pesos from hotel zone. We arrived with empty bellies and low or no expectations. We left satiated and happy and all had garlic breath! Instantly we were greeted by the waiter Memo who speaks excellent English. In short the kefta was the softest juiciest I’ve ever had. Everything was authentic, and tasted delicious. Service was rapid. My compliments to the chef Meiy. Genuinely one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The chicken shish taouk was also soft and juicy, the hummus was fresh, garlic sauce authentic, the bread fresh, and serving sizes spot on. Location is a bit far from the hotel zone takes 15 mins by taxi but honestly well worth the visit will be back!

Some of the best lebanese food ive ever had! Hands down beats any food ive ever had even here in the USA.. reviews definitely are not lying on this restaurant. Food and seasonings were on point.. also to my surprise the salsa (red oil) was AMAZING AND ACTUALLY SPICY. Would most definitely come here again when in cancun.. its a bit far from the hotel as its not in the zona hotelera so we took an uber. Its def worth the drive. Also our server spoke 3 languages which is extremely helpful for people trying to communicate.. glad there’s restaurants like this in such a touristy area!
