Toro lost that All inclusive has! An all inclusive is to have any dish of meat, shrimp or whatever at any time and Toro does not. The meat is not good and the service algo awful. Meat is dry and no flavorful. Please bring back Ipanema

Esperamos más de dos horas para poder tener un lugar, esto debido a que unas personas se quedaron más de 3 horas sentados en una mesa y dejaron a sus hijos en otra mesa grande. Los niños hasta dormidos estaban en los sillones de la otra mesa grande. El personal sabiendo que el tiempo de espera era tan largo siguió tomado nombres y cuartos para la lista de espera. Lamentablemente el personal del restaurante no podía hacer nada pues la política de todo incluido y la tolerancia del hotel ocasionan estás situaciones. Ricas las empanadas Argentinas.Buenos cortes de carne.

Recently had a Gorgeous experience in our very first Cancún vacation, we went to Hard Rock Cancún and tried Toro steak House for breakfast and Dinner. I’m Glad to say for the Morning our server by the Name Chack gave us a Phenomenal experience including inviting us the Mexican fiesta that night in the resort which he also served us!

Also twice for Dinner we had Yair another Phenomenal experience, Making sure we had a wonderful experience including major several trips to the next door Bar to bring a Modelo which was from Draft oh and Cold too. Awesome...

Waited 2 hours to get sitting although I was able to see couples empty tables. The steak had no flavor, no salt, nothing. As if they took a piece of steak and just burned it with charcoal. My girl’s ny strip and my ribeye were both in the...
