Vista Prime Asado Restaurant — Restaurant in Cancún

We are staying at Dreams Vista Cancun this week and on 3/2 we dined at Vista Prime. It was excellent all around with a 9pm reservation. With Preferred Guest status everything was all-inclusive except for the bone-in steak which was $100USD~. Staff accommodated to our table switch, served timely, and cooked steaks medium-rare perfectly. We ordered Grouper Cold Appetizers (long plates carpaccio style), Ribeye Tacos (2 tacos), Bone-In Steak, Sides: mashed potatoes, fries, corn, and it was delicious.

The only weird encounter was being asked to settle our check mid-dessert during our honeymoon it was perceived as rude. At only 10:30pm they were in a rush to complete the last few tables and it was tacky. Additionally they only let us take extras from the bone-in as a “take-away plate”. First the Positive:

Stunning view, nice atmosphere, food is quite good. Service staff tried to do their best.

Negative: the kitchen clearly cannot cope and it cannot cope with big tables like ours of 10 pax (which isn't so big)

Main course took 1hr 15mins to arrive. This is in line with all the other reviews. Since the restaurant only has 4 reviews, rated at an average of 3 stars and there is no feedback from the restaurant on google review, it could mean they simply don't care?
