I have visited this restaurant for the sixth time and it is really important to mention that in the first five visits the service and food has been excellent, however; on this sixth occasion my experience has been completely different, the worst service I have ever received in my life from the waiter and manager (as soon as I arrived with my coworkers we were the only table for the first 40 minutes, we were the first table to order and the last table to get a drink and some dishes (1 hour later) since the waiter and manager focused on the customers at the new tables (10-20 minutes to deliver drinks and food). The hamburger meat was salty, the French fries looked like garlic potatoes since the garlic flavor was extremely strong, the aguachile mixto was completely flavorless, the hot drinks (they added ice to the glass so it would be cold...

Aidé, excelente anfitriona: Aidé la cual fue nuestra mesera, fue muy amable con sus recomendaciones y sugerencias para nuestras órdenes y en lo que queríamos cenar. Cortesía especial: Nos sorprendieron con una cortesía por celebrar mi aniversario, lo cual agregó un toque especial a la noche.

We were very pleased with the food quality, prices, and friendliness of the staff. Edgar, our waiter, made our night at dinner the best!!! He made sure the food was prepared exactly how we wanted it and that we had everything we needed. We returned 3 more times during our stay as this became our favorite restaurant.
