Our server was Luvia and she was probably one of the best servers we have had in a very long time. I don’t think I could thank nor tip her enough. The chefs were stellar as well. Not to mention the food!! This place is a stop we will ALWAYS make coming to Isla Mujeres. We came across it today thanks to Patricia at Nula art gallery and Ulan is one of our favorite stops now. We will be back every year if not twice a year. Thank you for making our trip amazing and the food ya’ll- literally to die for! It’s all organic and freshly made. There is no heat lamps involved and the food is steaminggg hot coming out. Next time we come- the ONLY thing we ask is for a high chair and booster seat- as the next time we come, our little will need one or the other… but otherwise… we wish we had this and the chefs and service back home. Every visit is fabulous, the food, the drinks, service, and atmosphere are all top notch.
The pizza is a favorite! You can stop while visiting Punta Sur area to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Have a Jugo Verde (green juice) or a nice coffee drink while biking or exploring however you choose. It’s the perfect pick me up in a beautiful place.
Be sure to stop in the art gallery to check out the fabulous collection of eclectic pieces.
Yesterday, Alex was our server and he’s also a chef and the service was perfect.
Today we had Santiago who was excellent and very genuine and detailed oriented.
We will be back very frequently, it’s our favorite spot in Punta Sur and we love the community and familial...

Day 1-had egg avocado toast and pepperoni pizza. Both good, but the going prices in the area are very high. Day 2-advertised egg avocado toast special w smoothie for $250 MX. first, only a single smoothie (strawberry) allowed w special, but we were fine with that and ordered two specials. The portions were half sized, so that there was actually zero special at all. We were not told, until after we received the laughably small portions. Would never have ordered the special, if informed that the menu item was half sized and an overpriced joke.
The dishonesty and misrepresentation leaves a very poor impression and we shall not return ever. Pic of $250 Mx...
