Mixed feelings of amazing vs a bit let-down. We turned up for dinner and drinks, not staying at the hotel. Got a weird posh/snobby attitude that we've never experienced anywhere else in Mexico - a bit like being in New York/Paris/Sydney... The architecture and fitout, views, are beautiful. Drinks were very good. Food was mostly really good, although the beef had a slight hint of frozen-liver flavour. Staff - a mix - some of the staff were first-rate very friendly and helpful, others had quite a snobby "what are you doing here, you're not a guest?!" mannerism. I would give it partly a 5 star review, partly a 3 star. So settling...
