One of the highlights of our visit was meeting the owner, Corrina. Her attentiveness and genuine care for her patrons are truly commendable. Corrina takes the time to ensure guests feel welcome and well taken care of, adding a personal touch to the dining experience that is often hard to find. Her passion for her restaurant is evident in every detail, from the designing the menu to the overall ambiance.

Our brunch began with an indulgent serving of Brioche French toast served with berry compote, toasted seeds and lemon cream. Delicious! Next up were the classic Mexican huevos rancheros. This dish was a true celebration of traditional flavors, featuring perfectly fried eggs atop a bed of crisp tortillas, smothered in a rich and flavorful red sauce. Accompanied by a side of refried beans it was a satisfying and hearty choice that left us thoroughly impressed. We also enjoyed a very well made Frappchino and Berry smoothie (which apparently can also come in a bowl).

The relaxed vibe makes it an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy a leisurely meal. Whether you're catching up with friends or simply enjoying some quiet time alone, the atmosphere is welcoming and unhurried. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that your dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.

I recently discovered AguaMiel, and it’s an experience I won’t soon forget. From the moment I sat down, I knew this wasn’t just another brunch spot — it’s a haven for food lovers seeking fresh, creative flavors.

The dish that stole my heart? A heavenly plate of French toast, beautifully golden and perfectly crisp on the outside, yet decadently soft within. Topped with a dark, rich compote, the sweetness of the fruit paired wonderfully with delicate hints of toasted nuts sprinkled artfully on the plate. A side of tangy cream elevated each bite.

Ordered the Bloody Maria with Tequila, a mimosa, and huevos rancheros. Mimosa was more champagne with a touch of orange juice, very good. Huevos rancheros with tocino was delicious. My partner got the chilaquiles, and she loved them. Both of us agreed that the Bloody Maria’s were the stars of the show though. Best Bloody Maria’s we’ve both ever had.

4/17/24 Update: We had to go back for some Bloody Maria’s before we left Mexico. The staff remembered us and even one of the owners stopped by to say hello. They’re all really good people and the vibe of the place is wonderful. The bloody Maria’s were everything we remembered them being, the best we’ve ever had.
