I read great reviews about this place and I got recommended by a friend. It was phenomenal from start to finish!! If you love fresh preferred seafood, then you need to go to this place! I cannot say enough positive about the flavors of the food and how delicious it was! The service was incredibly friendly! My first server didn't speak much English but she tried and I tried to speak a little Spanish as well. She got another gentleman server and he was able to speak very good English with me and so I was able to order appropriately with his guidance. There was also another gentleman server and he was appreciative to help work on his English and I tried my best with Spanish but it wasn't very good. They were over the top kind and attentive! I got recommendations on what to order to drink and they suggested the cocktail that has beer, red wine and citric acid and it was very refreshing and delicious. I was skeptical about it but it ended up being really nice and refreshing. My second drink was my favorite and it was a fresh passion fruit margarita with a different type of tequila called reclietta. I guess that tequila is more citrus forward and not smokey. The cocktail was absolutely phenomenal with all the fresh passion fruit in there. I highly recommend both of those drinks! But every drink that I sell they were bringing out looked fantastic. I had the La mulletta tuna tostada and it was amazing! There were tons of tuna and it was just flavored in a delicious sauce and done perfectly. And I also had a tuna taco that was lightly seared and perfectly done with all the right spices and it was a flavor explosion in your mouth. I could have ate five of those, lol. It's a really nice atmosphere with fun music going on and them cooking outside right in front of you. It's a little hot because it's outdoors and it's covered which is nice but it still gets a little warm.

This is the perfect place to enjoy fresh seafood in a very relaxing open air restaurant. Lots of locals were filling the seats so you know they're doing something right. We did not have to wait long to get a table even though they were packed. They offer alcohol, bottled aqua fresca, and sodas to accompany their excellent food. The Al Pastor shrimp tacos were so good as was the Mahi Mahi in a cream sauce. I tried the fried octopus tacos as well. They were a bit tough to eat in this fashion. Tasty but a bit chewy and crispy if you get 2 or 3 pieces in one bite. I suggested they should serve them as dipping nuggets of sorts with different sauces. As I said, they were very tasty though. When I told them my suggestion, they took them off our bill. I was not even asking them for this. This shows you just how much they care for their customers and want to make sure you have the best experience there. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the freshness and quality of the food. The staff here were all so friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place to enjoy an excellent meal.

Great place for families with kids! Abulón has a mini kids playground and a great food. We ordered shrimp quesadillas, shrimp tacos, and shrimp and steak burrito and everything was flavorful and delicious. My husband also fell in love with their salsa. The cocktails are generous size. I had a strawberry margarita and I really enjoyed it. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was about the chicken bites from the kids menu. They were covered with black pepper so neither my 2 y.o. nor my 1 y.o. could eat it. Other than that, great place and I will definitely recommend it to my friends visiting PV.

I was riding with my friend Shelly who decided she had to have fish tacos right then, and she wanted thee best of course. We had just been to an art sale at the Marsol Hotel in Old Town and l guess worked up an appetite. I had never been to Abulon Antojeria before but had been by it dozens of times over the years and was looking forward to it. We were two of only three customers that Tuesday afternoon. They had what seemed like enough waiters to play a game of regulation NFL football, bit we're preoccupied with something which delayed getting our order in. We were finally visited by a stocky local in his thirties wearing all white. He took our beverages and dinner order then abruptly disappeared. About twenty minutes later our order arrived. I opted for the Cameron' tostada's. There were two on a small plate that were stacked about 7" high. Both were quite good and very filling. I couldn't believe how much shrimp they pack on to that crispy tortilla for the equivalent of $2.40. We finished our dinner even though our beverages still had not arrived. Paid the check and left. Quality of food here was very good, the restaurant sparkled it was so clean, as was the bathroom. If this is any indication of how the service is on a regular basis l would talk to management. That will wait for another day and give them another chance to up their game in the...
