Proyecto Hamburguesa — Restaurant in Jalisco

I used to go a lot to this place before the changed to the big location so I was excited about going with my other 3 friends that loved their burgers as much as I did. But we won’t be back, at least for a while, their bread used to taste homemade and so fresh, now it’s not, their meat was so think and juicy, and not 1 piece of meat is not as half as of how it was, their wedges were not as crunchy or good either…flavor and rest of ingredients are not bad, but the main thing (bread and meat) has lower in quality and me and my friends were disappointed about that . They also ran out of gas and they had just opened 20 minutes before we arrive, so we could not get some extra stuff we wanted.

hopefully they will go back to what made them so great in the first place so we can go...

Was craving a hamburger and I was formerly in the food business over 20 years ago…. So prefer FRESH burgers over frozen because you can taste the difference. I had the double smash burger which did not disappoint - this fresh burger was full of flavor and the bun was equally as delicious ! Actually the double smash was too big and i could not finish it. Obed provided excellent service and the restaurant is in a converted home so i sat at a table outside in the garden and was overall an excellent customer experience for my first time here….
