My experience was disappointing due to the poor service I received from our server. The restaurant's ambiance was pleasant, but the service ruined the experience.

We were celebrating Father's Day and a birthday. All the dishes arrived incorrectly prepared, and one of my family members has allergies to several condiments that we mentioned to the server when ordering, yet they still came with them, and unfortunately, he couldn't finish their dish.

We ordered a bottle of water, but they didn't have any available, so they brought us an OPEN glass bottle of non-bottled water that they tried to charge us for at the end.

When we mentioned our discomfort to the server, her response was, "If you saw that the dish didn't arrive as you ordered it, you should have let me know when I delivered it to comment to the chef." The situation was that ALL the dishes came out wrong and we were starving waiting there for a while.👎🏻

I decided not to escalate the conflict to avoid worsening the table's atmosphere.

They deducted the "water bottle" from the bill because they acknowledged it wasn't new, it was water from the house.

It's a shame, as the place has potential. If they improve their service and communication between the kitchen and servers, they could offer a much more enjoyable experience to their customers.

Recommendation: If you go to Azul Celeste, make sure to have patience and don't expect exceptional service. Maybe it's worth trying again if they improve in...

Avoid avoid ! Don’t let the view fool you. The food quality was ok/good however the games started once the bill arrived . We were a table of 5 with a grand total of $4100 pesos we informed the server we wanted to paid by credit card. The server returned to our table and told us that the WiFi was down and we had no choice but to pay by cash, but a table next to us 1 hour before paid with a CC. We asked the server for the manager for clarification and she also said the WiFi was down and could only accept cash . Having little cash with us we told her we would be back the next day to pay the tab with hopes that the WiFi would be in working order . A few minutes later her tone suddenly changed and wanted to change us and extra 4% if paid by credit card and by surprise the credit card handheld is now up and running and was able to process the transaction using our credit card, we however declined the extra 4% surcharge she wanted us to pay for using a CC . We would never return for the simple fact of them trying to pass along the 4% surcharge credit card companies charge the venders-sorry but it’s all part of business and the fact they tried to deceive us by saying the WiFI was down and the POS was no longer working ! Lies...

Just to warn you, this is not a good review. The drawing card of this restaurant is the great view. The restaurant was not busy when my wife and sat down. There was one other table consisting of 4 adults, two teenagers and two small children with two full-time waiters on the floor and one extra who helped deliver food when it was ready. The point being it was not understaffed nor was it busy at the time we arrived. Drinks and an appetiser were ordered and the service was not fast but reasonable.The entres were ordered and thats when the wheels fell off the bus. I am not a demanding customer but I do know when the wait time is excessive there is the possibility of that something may of been forgotten, therfore a gentle reminder is sometimes required. It was at this point that we were told by the lead waiter that our food service would have to wait until the other big table was completed. I don't know exactly what he meant by this ..... were we in a linear que, had our order even been put in it? We ended up still waiting more. I do not recommend...
