We visited this beach because it was walking distance from our Airbnb in the Versalles area.

There's lots of construction going on in the area so it may seem like you're walking in the wrong direction or into an off limits area, but really you're not. Just follow the directions on Google map.

The beach itself is crowded. Lots of vendors. They do have umbrella rentals which is nice! The first person I asked wanted $300 pesos. The second person I asked wanted $250. The last person I asked only wanted $50 (sold lol).

The sand is dark brown and looks dirty. Garbage everywhere and because there are horses going up and down the shoreline with tourists, there is also the risk of animal feces.

The water did not look clean to me so I did not bother to go in. Definitely not one of my favorite...

One of the better beaches in Central Puerto Vallarta, not to say it is flawless, but... When you compare it with the crowds of the Playa los Muertos, or the rockiness of the Playa Rosita, this place looks and feels a whole lot better. Not too crowded, beach is pretty sandy, though there still are rocks around. There are a few bars along the beach but the beach is not lined with them. Sand is not the cleanest and neither is the water, but this is the case on all beaches in populated parts of...

This was THE WORST beach I have ever been to. My family and I took a cruise to Mexico and were really looking forward to the beaches at Puerto Vallartas. We tried this one because it was on the Molocon and near cuale island shopping. That was a mistake. The rocks were so rough it hurt to walk in and out of the water. The water was murky and dirty and the waves too strong. We were so disappointed. Look up a good beach to...

The “sand” of this beach is partially pebbles, some of them quite big which hurt your feet. The sea is also a bit tricky and dangerous since the waves break too close to the shore. There is a strange feeling that it’s always pulling you inside. It’s my third year coming to Puerto Vallarta and I only went to the sea one time.
