Beto's Shack — Restaurant in Jalisco

Service wasn't very good. They had a full house of folks waiting for food about an hour. Good thing they served popcorn. My burger very good so it made-up for the service.

I will unfortunately need to revise my review. As it is with many things, the consistency of quality and service often changes in time. Our last two visits has been lacking. I am almost sure the meat patty we were served was not freshly made and had been sitting around waiting for a unsuspecting customer. The name describes it perfectly. It’s a shack with dirt floors and car license plates adorning the walls. My kind of place. I’ve been there twice now and both times were a great experience. I had a Classic burger with onion rings then a patty melt (not on the menu but available on request) with fries. The burger was excellent, the onion rings perfect but the patty melt was nothing less than incredible. Beer is freezing cold and the server was warm and attentive. We were longing for a burger and heard about Beto’s Shack. Went for lunch yesterday. The wife got a bacon/cheese burger, sans the cheese and I had a double smash burger with rings.
