I stayed next door in a cute little Airbnb and they told me to come to Los Molletes for breakfast. I haven’t had my breakfast yet but I will before I finish my review. They played soft and classic style jazz music that came outside wheee I sat on a patio, the birds are chirping and it’s on the side of the main road but there is parking. The service is good- the young man that helped me speaks English really well and is r actually really funny and friendly if you are open and friendly.
Ok! I have gobbled down one mollete and I am going to try to save the second for later. My mollete was De La Granja- chicken w chipotle and melted white cheese on top of a gloriously toasted piece of French style bread shaped like a little boat. Delicious!!! And Eduardo (my waiter made me a map of where to go get any kind of glasses I need down at the plaza.
