The servers did a good job fixing the problems but they and the kitchen made many mistakes. I told the server I cant eat pork and they gave me an omelette with pork and told me it was beef. The kitchen insisted it was beef. It was not. They tried to charge me the original price of the omolette and extra to change to chicken but did not inform me of this and the dish was missing many items. My plate was supposed to come with hashbrowns, beans, and guacamole, i only got beans, had to ask for the guacamole, and asked for salsa and it never came. The coffee tasted old. The music was too loud. After I told them it wasnt right ti pay for the entire meal when it was missing many things and pay extra for changing chicken to pork, they changed it, but made another mistake on the bill and tried to charge me for 2 chicken servings. My girlfriend's food was not great. The cream in her enchilada sauce tasted old. They have a good location and many customers so I hope they do better. Easy to...
Read moreBack in Guadalajara after few months and noticed what seems to be a new restaurant on Lopez Cotilla. As they advertise breakfasts, I went in to give it a try.
The good parts:
The place itself is cool with good ambiance.
The food menu is extensive and I am sure there is something for everyone on the brekkie menu. I ordered eggs that came with salsa, tortilla, piece of bread and avocado.
Not so good parts: Unfortunately the coffee was absolutely terrible. Brown water basically with hardly any coffee in it. I won’t to go back as for the breakfast place, bad coffee is a deal breaker. They need to seriously fix the coffee which should not be a rocket science.
The service staff needs to greet customers properly, put a smile on their face - it doesn’t cost anything and customer would likely return based on...

The only negative I can see is that I asked that they bring out the hot chocolate and pastry first and then the main dish. The brought out everything simultaneously so by the time I got around to the chilaquiles they were cold. To be honest this happens in many restaurants. I should have ordered one enjoyed it and then the other.
The staff was excellent. They were friendly and very helpful.
The ambience was definitely on point. I loved sitting outside underneath...
