I really enjoyed the attention to detail and the impeccable service given by Emmanuel. It is always a plus to see someone in action who is passionate about what he does. The place allows for intimacy and a space to truly enjoy each dish. We really enjoyed the mussels, the crab wonton soup, the risotto, catch of the day and one of their more popular desserts. We shared everything and had delicious white wine. All was beautifully presented and had a delicate mix of flavors. 10/10 This place is deliciously wholseome. If you enjoy artesanal food that is clean, fresh, and upscale this is your spot. There is unfortunately nothing else like it in Guadalajara, it is truly the only one of its kind in taste, feel and all. It has that Brooklyn, minimalist, industrial, organic vibe. The environment is tasteful, mellow and a hint of allowing yourself to disconnect from the outside world and anything in it. What a great experience we had for dinner. We were welcomed by Emanuel and Pauline, the second we walked in This gave us a very good welcoming feeling. The food is outstanding, we ordered Paella with the catch of the day fish. It tasted so good and took us back to Spain and Spanish dishes. Alejandra and Jose were our servers and there was not a moment that they didn’t give us ful attention. I felt as if this is their own restaurant and they truly wanted us to have the best experience.
