My partner and I came here for brunch to celebrate his birthday. From start to finish the experience was amazing and memorable. Our servers, Javier and Luis Beltran, were extremely attentive and provided first class service that made my partner's special day a perfect one. They let us know when the mariachi band was about to start so we could move to another table (our original table was directly in front of the stage), and made sure our champagne glasses were filled at all times. The food was excellent - my partner is a Mexican Chef and he was very satisfied with the quality of the food. The meat on the ribs fell right off the bone and everything was kept fresh and at a sufficient temperature. It is once again a buffet, but the staff will handle the food serving - you just point to what you would like and let them know how much. The setting outdoors is gorgeous - if it's not too hot I highly recommend it. They also have big fans outside that keep the air circulating. Towards the end of our brunch Luis surprised my partner with a birthday cake and the mariachi band played "Happy Birthday" - it was a complete surprise and we were so thrilled and honored! After brunch we at by the pool for a little while before heading back home. Overall, it was a perfect experience and way more than I was hoping for. And it is all very reasonably priced also - less than 500 pesos per person with tip included, though you can tip extra if service is exceptional like ours was. And remember that it includes bottomless champagne/mimosas! So check it out and treat yourselves to an terrific buffet experience. It gets busy early so I recommend heading there BEFORE 10am. We're back after being away for two years. Great brunch with live music. The food was good and fresh. The cold whole shrimp were tasty. The crepes at the end were made fresh with bananas and chocolate sauce. The peanut chicken was tender. The ribs were meaty and the sauce was just right. They had some many choices with cheese, fruits and hot foods. The bread was just what my wife loves. No problem. Good service and always going the extra mile to accommodate our requests!

We just had the Sunday Brunch. It was wonderful plus the live music playing as we eat. It opens at 9am to 2pm for the brunch. We can eat and come back for more during those hours. Lots of freshly prepared stations to make to order. The serving staff are great, too! They here to make your dining experience easy and comfortable. Today we treated ourselves to Sunday brunch at Sheraton Buganvilias in Puerto Vallarta.

It’s hard to know where to start because there were so many highlights. The service stood out right away—warm, attentive, and never rushed. We lingered for about three hours, and even as the kitchen closed, no one hurried us from the sunny outdoor space.

The food stations were plentiful, mostly Mexican favorites but also pasta, sushi, crepes, and more. The seafood and ceviche bar stole the show for me—so many fresh options, with the shrimp cocktail taking first place.

I must mention the bottomless mimosas and fresh juice bar, and it’s easy to see why this brunch is a local favorite. It’s not the cheapest option in town, but for the quality, variety, and experience, it’s worth every peso.
