I recently visited Embarcadero for a three-course meal, and while the experience had its highlights, it also came with notable disappointments. The food is an adventure in exotic flavors, with the kitchen clearly aiming to surprise diners with unique combinations. The balance of sweetness and tangy flavors in certain plates was remarkable, making them a treat for the palate. However, the inconsistency in execution was frustrating. Other dishes lacked flavor entirely, and the meats we tried were tough, dry, and unappealing. The kid’s menu was disappointing. The spaghetti was bland. It’s disappointing that while some items showcased the chef’s creativity, others felt under seasoned. Unfortunately, the service was where the evening truly fell short. They had extremely slow service, with our meal taking over two and a half hours. The restaurant was pretty empty for us to reasonably excuse them for the delay. We couldn’t finish all the courses. By the time dessert was on its way, we were too exhausted to continue. This kind of delay is unacceptable unless it’s made clear upfront that dining will be a long, leisurely affair. It’s worth noting that this slow pace detracts from the experience significantly. If you’re considering visiting, be prepared to spend at least two to three hours here. While the exotic flavors and beautiful presentation might draw you in, the inconsistent quality of the food and the excessively slow service make it hard to recommend. For those seeking a culinary adventure and a unique dining experience, it might still be worth a try, but for anyone expecting consistently good food and reasonable service, you’ll likely leave disappointed.

This place is an absolute gem! We came here to grab a quick drink and found ourselves staying for hours. The service is absolutely amazing, the energy is happy, the drinks are so good and the vibe is beautiful. Yaremi is the sweetest person, be sure to ask for her! Tino is also always smiling, he’ll also make you smile! Carlos is also a genuine artist with crafting his cocktails, don’t be shy to try something new. :) Everyone who works here are extremely nice and makes you feel at home. Don’t skip out on this amazing place!

The customer service was superb. Although the place was packed, they managed to helped us quickly. They had great cocktails and went above and beyond to show me the Mexican Artisan beers they carry. Make sure to check this place out when visiting Puerto Vallarta.
