I really really like this place! We came here by accident and so happy we did. Victoria was very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was very cute and inviting. You have to try the French toast! Wow is was the best french toast I have ever tasted. The Veracruz Enchilada was good and my wife got the omelet. Unfortunately, we are flying back to California tomorrow... Cause if we stayed longer (or found out about this place earlier), we would be here every day. They are very honest people... This is refreshing to see, (since yesterday we were lied to by a excursion street vendor that took our money and wasted our time). Anyways... the restaurant accidentally charged our card twice. We were outside waiting for our Uber and Victoria came outside to let us know. We're going back to California tomorrow, so we could have possibly been out of money if they weren't honest. Thank you so much! Please support this business. I'm a business owner and I know a great business when I see one. I wish you guys the best!

Very small little cafe/bistro. Not good for groups over 4. Service was mediocre at best. We never got more milk for coffee or syrup for French toast, despite asking 2x. Very busy on a Sunday morning. Place was full and other after us were waiting for tables. Food is fresh and affordable. But portions are what you pay for. I don’t think I’ll be back simply because the service felt like we didn’t matter and got left for a long time without menus. Staff speaks about as much English as I speak Spanish. Maybe that’s a factor, but I have had better service at places where no one spoke English. Please keep in mind this was a Sunday morning and it may be less busy during the week.

Incredible experience at Lattey Bistro Cafe and Bakery. The service was exceptional. Very attentive service, friendly and ensuring our needs were met throughout brunch . I ordered the omelette with green salad; it was the first omelette I've had in Puerto Vallarta that was done properly. I wish I had ordered more as others in my party had crepes that looked wonderful, and my friend had the chicken enmolada that she thoroughly enjoyed. Atmosphere was comfortable and chic; like a French bistro. It was a wonderful experience all in all.

I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all. My boyfriend and I came here to eat breakfast after seeing a menu posted online. It’s “off the beaten path,” nowhere near the malecon, and away from the beach. Although we hoped to get a taste of authentic Mexican food, what we got was bland and overpriced dishes. The single shot of espresso was about half the size of your average shot, the hash browns were flavorless, the chilaquiles were average at best, and shockingly the plate of fruit (which we were overcharged for) was the worst I’ve ever had. Most, if not all of the fruit is grown locally, but it had absolutely no sweetness.

When we asked about being overcharged for fruit, the waitress tried to say I requested extra strawberries but that was not the case. I asked what was included in the fruit plate and she said papaya, pineapple, banana, melon, and strawberries. It’s pretty dishonest to say that it’s an up-charge after saying an ingredient is included. You can see the discrepancy between the menu pictures and my receipt.

For the restaurant being so far away from the beach and offering nothing special at all, it’s wildly overpriced and we will not...

At first I wasnt going to write a review because if you can't say much good, then just say nothing. At first, I thought it was a simple language barrier, which is my issue because I am not great at Spanish, but as I have thought about breakfast today I feel frustrated. We had a menu which was English only. I pointed to the items we would like and the girl ran off with our order. Almost 1 hour later our food came out, but not my oatmeal. I looked up the word oatmeal on my phone and the next time she came to the table I asked her about it. She ran back and got it. I had gone to this restaurant based on reviews, and learned that when all the reviews say Google translate it means only the locals are rating it. I believe, based on prices and taste they are more expensive for foreigners. The breakfast wasnt anything to write home about and the price a bit high. The oatmeal was bland, the smoothie okay, chicken strips breakfast lacking flavor. On a positive note the Nutella crape was good and the staff polite. I...
