Paradise Burger. A boardwalk restaurant that has balconies that overlook the malecon in Puerto Vallarta.
While the place itself feels a little old and dated, the food, the burger itself, with mushrooms, was surprisingly good. The fries were tasty. The buns could be better, for sure! Maybe grilled first....or better quality. Fell apart.
My friend got a chicken sandwich and enjoyed it as well. The veggies on the sandwiches were crisp which was nice.
Great views. Good food. Decent (touristy) price.
Improvements might be: Presentation not in baskets Maybe some sauces in porcelain ramekins instead of squeeze bottles. Maybe decreasing the amount of items on the menu to really focus on excellent burgers (only). Maybe mini burgers, sliders, deconstructed burgers, burger bowls (a personal favorite) etc. Maybe French burgers, American burgers, traditional Mexican burgers. Lots of theme ideas to update...

We definitely should have stopped by to watch an American football game as there are lots of TVs at every angle.
I do agree with someone else's review that there are too many burgers listed. It's overwhelming to go through it all.
I would have preferred to not be approached about a time share presentation. I understand that it's common in Mexico. But I wouldn't expect it within a restaurant...

I ordered a veggie burger which came with a pineapple coleslaw. I asked to have the pineapple by itself without the coleslaw and they said they would have to charge me extra. Mind you, I was already going to be paying full price for the meal even though I was getting it without the “parmesan crusted cheese” or hamburger bun. The least they could do was give me some pineapple. I asked to speak to the manager to explain that I am vegan and cannot eat any type of cream, but he refused to even come down and talk to me. Needless to say, I won’t be...
