When I am asked, "where is a good sushi in Vallarta"? until now I have said "Guadalajara for Mexico City" I'm happy to very happy l to someplace that is excellent enough to say I can vouch for it. This is the real deal l! Sushi Sin Queso. And the quality of the fish is top-notch, they have selections you don't find anywhere else, if you are a true Connoisseur of sushi , don't go anywhere else! Thank you for everything, Not to mention also, the service is amazing. I went there on a day that was a slow day. I believe it was a Monday. I was with my best friend who is in town. All of the restaurants in the area closed early because they were slow. this is the only reason why we stumbled upon this gem, and they took us in five minutes before closing without a second thought, and they never made us feel rushed truly a unique experience here in Vallarta. Hand rolls (with a few sashimi options). Sushi chef Oscar does an excellent job with his team, Only 15 places at the sushi bar, so no reservations! We started with shishito peppers salad with bonito flakes… very tasty! The fish quality is very good with a cozy ambiance ( we tried many of the hand rolls -all v. good). They only offer one sake (which was good) and a few bottled beers including Asahi and Sopporo . Overall, thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend and looking forward to...

We had walked by this place many times, and on this day we decided to try it. Never again! The menu isn’t easy to understand, the food itself is microscopic in size, prices are ridiculously over inflated and the worse part about it, that none of their fish is fresh nor local.
