Xitzin Café — Restaurant in Jalisco

This is hands down one of the best specialty cafes in Guadalajara. They brew an amazing cup of coffee! Walked by this place one day and felt in love with it ever since. The staffs are welcoming and really knowledgeable about their beans. They can talk to you about coffee all day! They have all different kinds of slow pour methods to try. Love the fact that they have new beans about every couple weeks so you don’t get bored. We got to try so many different beans from all over Mexico.

An okay cup of chai in a tiny café tucked away in Colonia Americana. Upon arrival, the barista took my order, though the interaction felt a bit impersonal.
