They do make the tortillas fresh which is pretty cool. I liked that it was pretty busy and that they had a sink to wash hands by the tables which made it easy with kids. Besides that, wouldn’t go back.

El Hidalguense was an excellent restaurant with absolutely delicious food! I personally had the Orden de Pastor for 135 pesos, and it was such a delight. The combination of the Al pastor, the tortilla, the pico de gallo, and the salsas was super filling, and I will definitely come back to this place again when visiting Merida!

Sabrosas quesadillas, pero están el precio un poco inflado.

Leyendo y siendo de acuerdo con comentarios de abajo, los empleados no tienen idea de lo que es "servicio al cliente".

No es necesario hacer "malabares", pero si tener una buena actitud para con el cliente.

El lugar estaba limpio las veces que fui.

Eng: Quesadillas are not bad, but price falls on the overpriced side.

They need to improve their customer service and attention.
