I stayed in Centro for vacation during the last few weeks in December. This place caught my attention while on tours and walking around solo by the Merida letters/house of Montejo area downtown I noticed a lot of locals going. I ended up going here twice and only saw one other tourist but I’m bold and know the best places and often the best prices are where the locals go! I was excited as I never tried Gorditas.
I tried the Pollo Pibil, Carnita in Salsa Verde, Pollo in Salsa Verde, and Cochinita Pibil.
