Do not recommend at all.

We reserved 3 rooms, got here, ac was off on all rooms. And rooms were extremely hot.

1 ac barely works the other is bellow average and one is good.

Service is trash. We left the hotel and housekeeping came in to do our rooms and turned ac off so we came back after a long and exhausting day to a hot room and remote nowhere to be found. Called front desk they try to contact housekeeping and weren’t successful at reaching them. After looking for 15 minutes in the heat we finally found it under a blanket. I specifically told them not to turn it off anymore, they told me it has to be off or leave it a bit higher to avoid it freezing. So I left it at 23 C on my second day. And came back to a hot room again I had to tell them not to come in my room at all.

Toilet got clogged both days. I asked for Someone to come and fix it and took forever, when I went to the front to ask again I see an employee showing rooms to potential guest and I was told someone was already coming to my Surprise was the same guy showing rooms, they prioritize more money than to keep them ones here happy.

Shower door don’t...

The staff were super friendly and helpful.

However the hotel needs alot of repair.

The handicap ramp to get In the hotel had been closed for a while and during our whole stay which made our 80+ year old parent have to climb some step steps to access the hotel. This is unacceptable.

We had payed the more expensive room, however the pictures on the website was not like the actual room (we arrived at 10:45pm). When you entered the room the AC was turned off it smelled like mildew. No HOT water it took a whole day for them to fix the hot water issue.

The paint on the wooden closet was pealing off extremely bad.

The wooden floors were all warped and a trip hassard with mssing pieces .

The front door was extremely hard to open.

On the 2nd day they cut the water off in the whole building without telling anyone. This lasted over 5 hrs. The employees never even expressed concerned or informed us where to use the bathroom. Once again this is unacceptable.

The only reason we stayed was because it was late we were tired and where only there...

We came here after a really bad night at an all inclusive outside Progresso. The young man at the desk was very kind, spoke some English and always had a smile. The room was small but clean. There was bottles of water and a coffee maker. After being at another hotel with nothing the water and coffee maker was heaven. The beds were not our beds at home but still not bad for Mexico.. The room was very quiet and in the afternoon after walking the ruins in the heat, the little pool was like an oasis. Again the pool was in back so no noise from the busy street out front. There are many restaurants close by and a lot of shops and old churches and squares. Many people will stop you on the street and just give advice on where to shop. If they recommend an artisan co-op with all Beautiful handmade items for sale I highly recommend it. The best western was inexpensive but a great deal in the midst of a large city. You can also jump on a bus and go anywhere. The best western saved my anniversary trip after such a bad experience at...

Ugly, sterile, generic modern high-rise in a great location. Not the type of architecture that appeals to an international tourist who’s looking for the traditional Yucatan experience. If you like a Holiday Inn in Cleveland, this is for you.I didn’t stay there but I took pictures from my historic hotel across the street. It’s hideous and ruins the view and the vibe of an otherwise great area. Note in the picture I posted some rooms have “balconies” but in name only because you couldn’t fit a chair there to enjoy the evening breeze in the scorching heat. The architect should be shot.
