I highly recommend this excellent little 3rd wave coffee shop for single origin or coffee blends and breakfast/brunch. They roast their own coffee two doors down at "Tierre de Café." I ordered a pour-over Mexican Gesha coffee brewed with the Hario V60, which was nuanced and delicate. Another highlight is the sourdough toast - texture and flavor of this bread are top notch. The salad was made with fresh, quality greens. The yogurt bowl with chia seeds, fruit, and granola was perfect (not too sweet). My wife and I liked this place so much we went back the next day for more breakfast and coffee. Read moreWe stumbled upon this cute cafe, and were really glad we did. The service was really good, the food, amazing. We enjoyed their coffee, my understanding is they roast their own beans. Their coffee mugs are so awesome. I ordered one of the croissant breakfast sandwiches with the side salad, oh my goodness, simply devine. My husband had the eggs done his way, with toast and bacon, also came with a side salad, also amazing. Wish we had found them on our first day in Merida. Highly recommend stopping here while...
