Pollo Brujo Reforma — Restaurant in Mérida

Did not feel like cooking so decided to order from Pollo Brujo for delivery. Placed the order online, for a whole chicken, which comes with a salad, pickled onions, salsa, and tortillas.

About 10 minutes later, I realized I had missed a dozen calls because my phone was on silent. They then messaged me on WhatsApp to let me know they were out of salad and asked if I still wanted to go ahead with the order. I confirmed, of course.

After 45 minutes, the delivery arrived. Since we weren’t ready to eat just yet, we put the chicken in the oven to keep it safe from our curious, and always hungry cats.

The chicken was tender, flavorful, and nicely roasted. The salsa had the perfect amount of spice, and the pickled onions were a great accompaniment. Total...
