Biscotto — Restaurant in Mexico City

This is an updated review over a renewed admin. I pleasantly saw upon my arrival that the waiters and cooks were having lunch at one of the regular tables. That's a humane way of treating those who cook for and serve us. Whether they have been hired with full rights is a necessary question but is beyond this review. The quality of the food and overall, the service, have significantly improved (see today's menu vs a panino I bought in prior weeks). Prices have increased though. Keep up...

Food was just ok and great - one ramen was exceptional, the other disappointing. To make things worse the owner/manager banned us to the outside tables because we had Starbucks drinks with us.... El pasado viernes 12 de agosto fue el ultimo como cliente de Biscotto, despues de más de 5 años que consumi en lo personal y en los eventos de mi trabajo. El principal problema es que el Gerente actual no tiene enfoque al cliente ni valora clientes como Yo. Le pedi al personal a su cargo que son excelente y cada vez veo mas rotacion, un jugo de naranja y me dicen que no hay, pedi si tenian ensalada de fruta y me dicen que solo piña y melon. Pero le digo a la mesera que el melon en las ultimas semanas es malo, duro y sin sabor, que quiero probarlo antes de ordernar o que me traigan el plato pero si esta malo se lo regresare. Fue con el gerente y no tuvo interes en atender mi solicitud. Me pare y retire del lugar, sin antes advertir al Gerente que habia perdido un cliente. No le preocupo en absoluto. QUisieras tener un gerente asi en tu negocio?. Yo no!, quisieras te traten y valoren como cliente regular asi? Yo no! ... gracias que hay opciones! ....
