Cardinal Coffee House — Restaurant in Mexico City

The coffee is probably the best in the area, especially the flat white which is one the best I've had, but the service is really slow so forget it if you fancy a cupa before heading to work or if there's already someone inside. I guess that's because they are really into their art but it'd be great if that could improve because I've found myself walking out several times for that reason. Coffee is very good as well as pastries. They have a small variety of sandwiches that are just average but decent for the place. It is a small shop that honestly needs maintenance because furniture looks old, walls need painting, etc although I wonder is that is on purpose since it's a hipster place in the middle of la condesa. However is worth tasting because coffee is really good and they offer variety of extractions, cold, hot, etc and service is good...

This place is located in the more residential part so more quiet and secluded that other cafes in the area. Had a decent flat white and breakfast sandwich here. The brioche bun was super fresh and the sandwich tasted good. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I wish they had more seats. The interior looks outdated and they only have two flimsy table/ chairs outside. A bit attention to details especially for outdoor sitting will...
