Fantastic new addition to La Condesa for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Their sister bakery next door is under renovation but still makes delicious desserts you can order at the restaurant.

The staff is friendly and attentive, and the owners are the kindest people. The interior is gorgeous and there are also outdoor tables. The menu prices are very reasonable for the high quality ingredients and neighborhood.

Unmissable dishes The aguachile was one of the best I’ve ever had. The pineapple sauce was balanced and not too acidic. The guava crumble and raspberry-peanut cookie are both amazing pastries/desserts

Very good dishes The warmed lettuce hearts with hollandaise was a tasty creative take on a Caesar salad The baguette sandwich with Serrano ham, cheese, and red peppers is excellent

Needs improvement The short rib was good but lacked flavor, seasoning, and some fall-apart tenderness The carajillo tart could be more balanced, it was a little too sweet and lacked bitterness from the dark chocolate

Excited to come back to try more of...

UPDATE: THEY ARE NOW OPEN FOR DINNER…QUE WOW!!!! I’m so full writing this review yet I’m dreaming of the flavors still!! Amazing new restaurant in the heart of condesa. This restaurant is an absolute gem. You can smell the love that goes into the food from the street out front. Step inside and it’s as if you have been invited for a meal in a friends home. Everything feels comfortable from the cozy chairs to the warm colors adorning the walls. The staff are all kind and helpful when it comes to the menu. Highlights include the quesadilla (ask to add avocado) and not pictured because I ate it too fast the concha. Save room for desserts because they also own the cafe 2 doors down and have a selection that leaves you asking for cheesecake and brownies. My advice don’t walk to...

NO VAYAN.

No supimos qué decirles.

No...

Outstanding Mexican cuisine in a cozy yet elegant setting. Very reasonable prices given the exceptional quality. If I had one complaint it was the incredibly snobby host who asked me a few times while blocking the entrance to the restaurant whether I wanted to visit the bakery side of the restaurant instead which had separate seating. The staff and service were otherwise excellent.
