El Lugar del Mariachi — Restaurant in Mexico City

This review is strictly on the awful disrespectful experience we had with the Manager on duty that night (Marin). Like every restaurant, they can serve one bad plate of the same item in any given day, it's understandable. When me the customer tells the manager that the cochinita plate tastes bad on the first bite and request a different plate, it would be over. Marin insisted that the plate tastes fine after he went back and supposedly tasted it. He told us he wouldn't remove it from the bill but we can order something else. We said no. It got to the point that he raised his finger to my face when I lost it and told him not to disrespect. If he treats me the customer this way, how is he treating his fellow employees. This restaurant had the worst food I have EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. My family and I went here for dinner because we had read the reviews here on google and they were good, but those reviews were so wrong! The restaurant is cute inside but they advertise having Marichi and all they had was a lady "singing" (which felt more like yelling) some of the top 20 songs in the form of Karaoke. I ordered a Rib Eye steak in a Medium term and this is what they brought out to me. A pale tasteless piece of meet. When I asked them if it was beef they stated that it was with an attitude. This place served us the worst meal during the entire our journey. Starters and mains were served at the exact same time - there was literally no place to put a fork on that table. And who wants to eat starters when the main meals are getting cold? We ordered some lamb and pork dishes that were horrible and half of it was inedible due to unidentifiable pieces of meat that looked like dog food leftovers fatty/chewy/stringy.
