Ex Convento Café is a hidden gem with tons of character and charm. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed — perfect for enjoying a quiet coffee or catching up with friends. The setting, near the historic ex-convent, adds a special touch you won’t find in most cafés.

The coffee is excellent — rich, smooth, and clearly made with care. They offer a great selection of drinks and the pastries and light food options are just as impressive. Everything feels thoughtfully prepared and well-balanced.

The staff is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu. Service is quick but never rushed, and you can really take your time and enjoy the experience. Prices are very reasonable for the quality...

Small cafe with a good selection of domestic beers, regular bottles and caguamas. Ice cold. Not busy on a Tuesday afternoon. Great selection of breakfast options and sandwiches. Relaxing here after a long walk. This area is very busy on Fridays and weekends, across the street from a large toy market of street venders. I could not get a table last Saturday without a wait. Handicap access for wheelchairs is difficult because of a large stepdown to enter from the sidewalk. LGBTQ friendly. Old hipster hangout. Service is great, everyone friendly. I will return and try the...

Provecho!
