We hosted a wedding in Mexico City with nearly the entire wedding visiting from out of the country. We had about 50 rooms at the Hilton. The guests generally enjoyed it; the rooms are nice and comfy, the executive lounge breakfast is fantastic, and concierge was extremely helpful with everything we needed.

However, the hotel had multiple security issues. One of our guests had her purse snatched while she was standing inside the hotel lobby; security is not doing a good enough job monitoring who comes in and out of the hotel.

Additionally, my husband and I had $200 (part of a wedding gift) stolen out of our hotel room by a maid the evening before we were to check out. Hotel security stated they had to investigate before we could resolve the issue. They advised they could check the security footage to see who went into the rooms and question them, but that they could not go forward without a police report. They also advised that we should file a police report online, it was impossible to have the police come to the hotel before filing a report, and that this could be done once we returned home (after our early flight). The hotel did identify the 2 maids who could have taken the money, and obviously the maids denied taking anything. We were NOT able to file a police report once home because we were required to go to the police station to do this or to sign electronically (which requires going to a local office to create your signature), which I am sure the security knew at the time. The hotel closed out our file based on the maids denying taking anything.

After our group brought in $50,000+ USD in revenue over the weekend, I am extremely disappointed by the poor security, and especially the quick dismissal of...

Located in bustling Reforma the hotel offers extremely spacious rooms in a fantastic neighbourhood which we generally felt safe in. The hotel itself according to my local friend has been in existence for a few decades and this can be noticed in certain design elements of the room but overall the rooms are comfortable and the different areas of the hotel have been kept updated and refreshed. The hotel offers 4 dining outlets (terrace restaurant, el cardenal-mexican breakfast/brunch which is extremely popular with the locals, a steak and grill restaurant and the all day dining and breakfast venue. The lobby bar is popular throughout the day with the hotel also a frequent choice for company events and also a corporate hotel for a couple of major airline crews. We only tried the food at the breakfast restaurant which had a good mix of the usual known 'western' but also Mexican dishes. Room service was quick on a couple of occasions when I ordered and the food was of good quality. The hotel is in close proximity to several restaurants in the vicinity. A Starbucks is on the left hand side of the hotel. If you come out of the hotel and turn right and the next immediate right you'll find a few convenience stores for necessities. There's a market nearly daily in the park opposite of the hotel where you can buy souvenirs and street food and there are also street performers in front of the hotel providing a lively, energetic ambience. Overall a solid choice of hotel...

The hotel is staffed and run to the highest standard. We had such a good experience in every aspect. We were treated with the upmost kindness our entire stay. Include the breakfast buffet, if you get a chance. The food was delicious and varied everyday, the service was excellent, and the view wonderful. It was our favorite part of our day. We got scammed our first day taking a street taxi cab. Concierge arranged an immediate driver for us whenever we needed it, even return trips back to the hotel with an excellent hotel private driver for very low, pre-arranged cab prices. The battery went out on our room door the first day of our stay. Without any inconvenience to us, the manager moved our belongings to a new room for us and was very apologetic for any inconvenience. Very impressive. The housekeeping is kind and so good at what they do. The rooms are very clean and good quality. The lobby has fabulous atmosphere and is a great place to relax. The restaurants on site are excellent. The food prepared in the hotel has the highest safety standards and is superb quality. The room service dishes were excellent. Even the pizza! There was a huge event on the street outside the hotel during our stay. The security of the staff was excellent and it was easy to come in and out but feel secure at the same time. I can’t say enough about the excellent service of the staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Without a doubt we will return to the Hilton Reforma on...

Hilton Mexico City Reforma was a fantastic choice for our stay last Spring break. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The stunning views, comfy rooms, and vibrant atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. The location is ideal for exploring the city, offering easy access to attractions and dining. Every aspect of our time there was enjoyable, with friendly staff always ready To assist. We also love the cleaning lady name Iliana, she always leave sweet encouragement notes in our room. From the moment I booked my stay, I felt welcomed, thanks to Carlos Villafranco, who reached out ahead of time. As a Hilton Gold member, I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite, where I found a thoughtful touch—chocolates and sparkling water awaiting me. Throughout my entire stay, the service was outstanding. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make me feel valued. A special thank you to Grecia and Leonel in the Executive Lounge, and to Sandra at the front desk, for their attentiveness and warm hospitality. I was also celebrating my 21st anniversary, and the staff’s efforts to make the occasion extra special did not go unnoticed. Their personal touches and impeccable service truly made my celebration unforgettable. One of the highlights of our stay was witnessing the Day of the Dead Parade firsthand. The parade passes directly in front of the hotel, and we had the best seats in the house! It was an unforgettable experience to enjoy such a vibrant cultural event right outside our window. Overall, my experience at Hilton Mexico City Reforma was exceptional, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay in Mexico City.
