Slow and impersonal service, and a matcha latte that didn’t really taste like matcha. The sunken café looked very inviting, with both indoor and outdoor seating. However, the service was quite slow—there was only one customer ahead of me, but the wait seemed unnecessarily long. When it was my turn, the ordering process also felt at a snail’s pace.

I ordered a hot matcha latte with lactose-free milk, paid, and took a seat. When my drink arrived, I was immediately thrown off by the color—it was so pale that I couldn’t even distinguish a hint of green. I almost thought they had mistakenly given me a chai. After taking a few sips, I still couldn’t confidently say what I was drinking. It vaguely leaned towards a matcha flavor, but not enough to be sure.

To sum it up, the drink was quite sweet and tasted like a highly commercialized vanilla matcha that almost resembled a chai. It wasn’t necessarily unpleasant, but the lack of the characteristic green color and the ambiguous flavor made it disappointing. Where was the matcha green? It left me questioning the quality and even the authenticity of my mysterious...

Coffee is tasty and the price is lower than many other cafes in the touristic areas of the city (however the sizes are also smaller than other cafes). Wifi is available, but I didn't see any outlets. Both indoor and outdoor seating...
