The first time I went, it was excellent. I would have rated it 5. I had the roasted veg sandwich. Soooo good. Recently, I went back with my mouth watering. I only ate a few bites, it was that terrible. The little bit of eggplant was barely discernible and poorly prepared to boot. Mostly it was slabs of carrot (barely cooked) and some sprouts. Just a bit of cheese (panela?). My first one had been prepared fresh and served still warm. This one was just a cold carrot sandwich. No flavor, but carrot. A lot of money wasted. I drank my tisane, but left the whole sandwich except for cheese, sprouts and a small piece (1/4) of the bread. Just couldn't eat it. I usually go to CDMX 3-4 times a year, but I won't come back to this...

I went during holidays, Independence Day! I love the Bubblewaffle, and coffee was great.

They also have break fast, I should try it next time.
