We visited this bar towards the last part of our trip and my only regret is not knowing of this place sooner. The cocktails here are phenomenal! Simply phenomenal! The place Is separated into two sections (less- where cocktails are simple made of just three ingredients more of a minimalist type cocktail but don’t be fooled they are still outstanding! The “more” section is kind of like an upgrade on the simpler cocktails and boy were they amazing! Every single cocktail was unique, presented well and had simple ingredients you could taste and appreciate. My recommendation is the whole menu (we tried them all) but my favs are the peppermint, plum honey and peach. The menu is super cute with a math theme however don’t be scared guys. It’s gets much simpler if you just turn the page and the staff does an amazing job explaining everything if needed. They also have a small food menu. I had the pork belly tonkatsu sando sandwich *chef’s kiss. I left that place so happy. You will not be disappointed here. Luca really turnt up the notch on our last cocktail. Thank you to all the staff. What a wonderful team. Service was top notch. We never wanted for anything. This is a must visit on every Mexico City trip. The place is small but clean, organized, intimate, comfortable and just outstanding. Cocktail prices are not expensive but worth every penny. What an awesome end to our trip but we’ll be back!

Atmosphere 8.5/10 A very unique bar concept of 2 separate rooms. The “less” room is minimalistic design, calm music and offers some food besides drinks. No dedicated space to enjoy just cocktails though. The “more” room has more on a classic cocktail bar vibe with a cool counter in the middle, hiphop and comfy seating around the room. All mixers in “more” room are pre-bottled and stacked on a shelf, creating a really cool atmosphere. Each room has its own menu and cocktails. Not well known and thus a bit too empty when I was there Drinks 7.5/10 Recommendation: Apple (“less”), Berry (“more”) The menu is very creative but also very confusing… It took the bartender a long time to explain it (which shouldn’t be the case). There is some math involved in recipe of drinks, which was difficult to understand. The drinks tasted great - everything was well balanced. Nice glassware. But the “more” cocktails should have a more opulent presentation to match the concept. No coasters in “less”, very strange/cheap coasters in “more” Service 7/10 The team is very friendly. But the overall concept of the bar doesn’t feel mature yet… And the menu is confusing for a first time visitor. The prices are slightly above average in CDMX

Less is More Bar was such a wonderful experience, thoughtfully creative and beautifully executed. The concept is genius: the front bar focuses on “Less,” with minimalist 2-ingredient cocktails that somehow still manage to deliver bold, unexpected flavors (like a pea and peanut mezcal that totally surprised me). Then there’s the back room, which flips the script with “More”—a menu of more complex, layered cocktails that build on the front bar’s ideas. Every drink we had was delicious and well-balanced. We also ordered appetizers and were seriously impressed. The ceviche was super fresh and bright, and the chicken cutlet sandwich was incredibly tender and satisfying. Service was warm, attentive, and guided without being overbearing. The vibe? Trendy, minimal, and elevated. Great music and a friendly, welcoming team. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something a bit more inspired in CDMX.

The spot we planned on for dinner closed by the time we were heading out. So we just went for a walk to find something. We walked by a quiet and cosy restaurant with limited seating. It's has a stylish and modern look. We came in just in time as a torrential rain came down, it only lasted about 10 minutes. What a nice surprise though! It's really a craft cocktail bar with a limited food menu. We each had a mocktail, I couldn't tell you what all was in it, but it was delicious. I know coconut water was involved, a slight smoke, a long rectangular perfect clear ice cube. The garnish was a hollow chocolate ball with coconut inside it. The photos really don't do it justice. I had the 2 year dry aged rib eye taco. It had some ash, a herb sauce, and the most delicate potato strings I've ever seen. There was more sauce, it was all rounded out and absolutely delicious and satisfying. Brant had the ceviche, amberjack fish with guanabana and mango. A coconut tigers milk sauce with an herbed oil to finish. The presentation of everything was beautiful. We got into a lot of it before the camera came out. The staff were incredibly attentive and very proud of their offerings. They explained everything in great detail and asked if there were any suggestions to improve our experience. We have to say we wouldn't change a thing. It's the kind of place we would normally overlook, I'm really happy we didn't.

Edited to add: I wish to post photos, I haven't found the opportunity. I will come back to...
