Avoid this store at all costs. It was an all-round terrible experience from start to finish. The customer service is absolutely shocking—the guy behind the counter with long hair was rude, condescending, and completely uninterested in helping. He seemed far too busy on his phone to bother doing his job, acting like every question or request was an inconvenience. I didn’t realise I was interrupting his time just by being there. I went in to buy a guitar and, naturally, wanted to try it out first. They turned off the store music, making the atmosphere awkwardly silent, and then told me I couldn’t play with a pick. That’s honestly one of the dumbest policies I’ve ever come across in a music store. It felt like they didn’t want customers there at all. Don’t waste your time...

Really strange, awkward, bad music store - it has about as much charm as an airport security line. I wanted to try a guitar and picked one out. The staff turned off the store music so it was just weirdly silent and stood 3 feet in front of me while I played a little. I was uncomfortable and the staff member wasn't there trying to help sell a guitar but just making sure I didn't run off with it. Oh, and you're not allowed to use guitar picks, something I've never seen this before in 30 years of going to shops. No wonder this location is always empty. I was so disappointed to be staying next to a guitar store on a trip and not wanting to go back in. I was hoping for a souvenir from my trip but I'll be looking for a different music store or...

Primera y última vez que compro en Veerkamp.... Fui a una de sus tiendas (Durango) a adquirir un sintetizador Arturia Keylab 49. Cuando llegó a casa el sintetizador estaba maltratado, rayado, sucio, manchado.
