I don't know why all banks have these 1-2 stars reviews. But this branch was spacious and not busy at all. The employees were very friendly. And we being foreigners didn't feel any hostility or ignoring from them. The lady that served us and her partner who speaked English very well, translated everything she said, helped us to fill all the required forms and explained what we would get by creating accounts in this bank. We have been here about half of the hour, maybe a little more and I thought that maybe people just don't understand that processing all documents and forms while creating back accounts isn't a minute deal so they become impatient and angry this creating these low reviews. Moreover we left with our cards ready instantly. In Europe and Russia we need to wait our cards to be prepared for about few days. But here we got everything ready in one day of visit.

Read moreDando una estrella porque no se puede dar menos. Nunca en mi vida he tenido que trabajar con una institucion tan inutil, incompetente y sin la menor idea de lo que es el servicio a clientes.
Hasta me hicieron un cargo de 2,000,000 mxn (!) - que no tenia - un viernes por la noche, sin aviso ni explicaciones. El fin de semana me sacaron de dos sucursales con guardias armados porque estaba tratando de tener una respuesta sobre la razon de este cargo, y no me la querian dar. Pase el fin de semana entero sin acceso a mi dinero (estaba muy en negativo en mi cuenta), para finalmente lograr entender el lunes en sucursal que hicieron este cargo porque tenian que "verificar mis datos de pasaporte". No disculpas ni compensacion. Nunca he visto esto en mi vida.
Me cambio a bancos en linea de inmediato - no se como una institucion tan catastrofica...
